A Secret Country is an original Ink, Graphite and Charcoal drawing on heavyweight, acid-free paper. The tree was inked with Sakura Pigma Micron .005 drawing pens, and toned with graphite pencils; the meadow grasses were begun with a layer of graphite pencil, followed by a layer of inking, then more penciling. The path, hillside, towers, mist, and sky were developed with layers of graphite pencil and powdered charcoal, and finished with pencil. The drawing appears at its actual size of
